The Jeep pickup trucks were available from 1963 to 1987.

The Jeep J10 was a J-Series full-size pickup truck manufactured by the Jeep Division of the American Motors Corp. (AMC). Introduced in 1974, it included the two half-ton models: the Model 25 with a 119-inch wheelbase and the Model 45, which offered a wheelbase of 131 inches. The J-Series trucks were discontinued in 1987.

    • The 1983 Jeep J10 included a 4.2-liter, six-cylinder engine with a displacement of 4,228 cubic cm, a 3.75-inch bore and a 3.90-inch stroke. It produced 113 horsepower with a maximum torque of 200 foot-pounds with a compression ratio of 8.6 to 1.

    Drivetrain and Fuel Capacity

    • The 1983 Jeep J10 included a four-speed manual transmission with full-time four-wheel drive. It also offered a maximum fuel capacity of 20.3 gallons and a fuel requirement of leaded gasoline.

    Dimensions

    • The dimensions of the 1983 Jeep J10 included a height of 72 inches, a length of 196 inches and width of 68 inches. It also provided a ground clearance of 9 inches and weighed 4,118 lbs.
