Importing a File
-
To import a file into a page of your notebook, open the file with the appropriate program and print to the OneNote 2007 printer. For instance, to import a Word document, open the file in Word, select "Print" and use the "Send to OneNote 2007" printer as the destination.
Changing the File

The file you imported is a copy of the original file. Any changes you make in OneNote 2007 do not affect the original file, and any updates to the original do not affect the OneNote 2007 notebook page.

Printer Options
-
You can modify the settings for the OneNote 2007 printer, just like any other printer, through the program which is doing the printing. In the case of a Word document, you would modify the printer settings from within Word.
