Circuit Training With Kids
Circuit training encompasses multiple exercises arranged in a circuit. Adult circuit training generally involves weights and cardiovascular machines, but circuit training for children features activities that children enjoy.

Music
-
Children work well to a soundtrack, so the first step toward setting up a circuit for your children is choosing music that will keep them motivated. Just make sure the music is upbeat and perky, to the tune of around 130 beats per minute.
Activities
-
Activities can be anything active that kids enjoy, such as juggling, hula-hooping and racing. Circuit training is such a general term that you can customize it to include anything that requires the child to be active.
-
Timing
-
Most adult circuit training programs have a set time to spend at each station. Circuits for children, on the other hand, can be limited to their enthusiasm. Try to change the station when their enthusiasm reaches its peak---too early is better than too late.
