Kymco People 50CC Scooter Specifications

The Kymco People 50 cc scooter is a fuel-efficient, economical scooter designed for city use. The scooter has a luggage rack for convenient storage, helmet storage under the seat and an optional buddy seat for an additional rider.

  1. Chassis

    • The People 50 features a steel chassis that weighs 210.5 pounds. The scooter has a 31-inch seat height and a 50-inch wheelbase. The scooter can carry up to 1.53 gallons of fuel and gets an estimated 88 mpg. The scooter is available in five color schemes: silver; wineberry; black and ivory; blue and ivory; and green and white.

    Performance

    • The People 50 is equipped with a forced air-cooled and oil-injected 49 cc two-stroke engine. The scooter has an electric start with a kickstart backup. The People has an automatic continuously variable transmission.

    Tires/Brakes/Suspension

    • The scooter's rear suspension is a single shock; the front suspension features telescopic forks. The People 50 has disc brakes on the front and drum brakes on the rear. The scooter has 16-inch wheels and uses an 80/80-16 front tire and a 100/80-16 rear tire.
