The Laser is one of the most popular boats for one-design racing, which pits identical boats against each other.

Laser Performance manufactures numerous sailboats based on the original Laser, a single-sail, one-person sailing dinghy which is raced in everything from local to international competitions, including the Olympics. It is also popular among recreational sailors.

  1. Laser

    • The Laser, sometimes referred to as the Laser One, is a 13.78-foot long sailboat with a 4.56-foot beam, a 2.62-foot draft and a hull weight of 130 pounds.

    Laser Pico

    • A two-sail model, the Laser Pico is smaller than the Laser, at 11.78 feet long, with a 4.69-foot beam and a 2.90 meter draft.

    Laser SB3

    • The Laser SB3 is 34 feet long, with a 6.89-foot beam and a 4.92-foot draft and a total hull and keel weight of 1,399.92 pounds.

    Laser Vago

    • The same length as the Laser, the Vago has a 5.12-foot beam and a 3.77-foot draft and weighs 233.69 pounds.

    Laser Bahia

    • A 15.10-foot long sailboat, the Laser Bahia has a 5.91-foot beam, a 3.77-foot draft and weighs 286.71 pounds.
