What Is Zeitronix Datalogger?
Zeitronix Datalogger refers to a hardware and software system manufactured by the U.S. company Zeitronix for measuring and recording data, such as air-to-fuel ratio and throttle position, in engines. This data can then be used to optimize engine performance.
-
The Hardware
-
The Zeitronix Datalogger hardware consists of a sensor placed in your car's exhaust stream connected to a small box that houses the data logging system. The box, which you can place on your dash or wherever is convenient, has a display that gives you real-time data results.
The Software
-
The Zeitronix Datalogger hardware can be connected using the included cable to the serial port on a laptop computer. If you install the Zeitronix software on your laptop, you can record up to nine hours of data in a single session and have access to more advanced data reading options.

What It Measures
-
The Zeitronix Datalogger measures a variety of engine parameters you can use to fine-tune your engine. Among the parameters the system measures are air-to-fuel ratio, vacuum, boost, exhaust gas temperature, air/fluid temperature and oil and fuel temperature.
