Information on the Timeshare License

Timeshare licensing requirements are determined by where the applicant lives. In most states, a timeshare license is not necessary if timeshare property brokers already hold a real estate license.

Some states' timeshare professionals employed at a specific development are covered by the license of the broker overseeing the development.
