California Divorce Law for Men

Filing for Divorce

California employs a no-fault divorce law. This essentially means that neither you nor your wife need to offer grounds for the divorce for it to be recognized as lawful. Alimony

Custody

California uses joint custody to deal with parental access to children. It is highly desired that both parents remain present in the child's life. Research the best way to follow through on custody evaluations as well as these may greatly sway the judge's opinion.
