Every team member needs a clear grasp of the goal, which is normally set by the team leader. If any team member has a different agenda, communications are disrupted. The team must accept that the decision of the leader is binding.

Conflicts among team members lead to fruitless and unproductive argument that severely hampers progress. Conflicts should be speedily and satisfactorily resolved so that team members can concentrate on their specific tasks. If there is a conflict, the team leader's decision is final.
