Southern Magnolia

Southern magnolias are famous for their large, fragrant white flowers that can grow up to 8 inches in diameter. Southern magnolias commonly grow over 90 feet tall.

Star Magnolia

Star magnolias (Magnolia kobus) is a small, attractive shrub that has numerous star-like flowers that bloom early in the spring. Star magnolias grow to be 10 feet tall on average, but can grow taller in full sun in rich soils.

Cucumber Tree Magnolia

The cucumber tree (Magnolia acuminata) is a large species that has uniform shape throughout its development. Cucumber trees receive their name from the fruit aggregates that they develop in place of flowers. Cucumber trees can grow over 80 feet tall.
