Qualified Security Assessor Training

Qualified security assessor (QSA) certification is a type of security certification offered by the PCI Security Standards Council. Upon the completion of a training session, attendants must pass a closed-book written exam.

  1. Qualified Security Assessor

    • Qualified security assessor certification allows certificate holders to perform on-site data security assessments, gap analyses, remediation services and PCI consulting. QSAs work to ensure security systems are in compliance with PCI data security standards (DSS). They must recertify with PCI annually.

    Course Materials

    • PCI recommends that those who plan to undertake QSA training become familiar with several of its publications including the PCI DSS and the PCI Glossary.

    Training Sessions

    • Since training times and locations vary, check the specific dates for the session you wish to attend. At the end of the session, a closed-book written examination will be administered.
