The right applicants for modeling with Abercrombie & Fitch, who are officially titled part-time associates, should be teachable, have integrity and understand style and diversity in fashion. Strong communication skills are needed, as well as a friendly personality.
Required Schedule

A shift lasts approximately five hours for a working model. Anyone hired as a part-time model should be available to come in for a minimum of one work shift each week. Part-time associates are on call and do not always know ahead of time when their shifts will occur. Most part-time associates work one to two shifts each week.
