Aquabot Pool Rover Vs. Pool Rover Jr
The Aquabot Pool Rover and the Aquabot Pool Rover Jr. are both automatic pool cleaners made for above-ground pools. The two cleaners function identically and have identical features, so the choice of which to buy is determined by cosmetic factors. Does this Spark an idea?
-
Function
-
Both Pool Rover cleaners are manufactured by 123 Aquabot Automatic Pool Cleaners. Although the company makes cleaners for all kinds of pools, the Pool Rover products are specifically designed for above-ground pools. They have a drive motor which directs the cleaner around the bottom of the pool as the pump sucks in water and debris, then filters the debris out and returns the water to the pool.
Features
-
Both cleaners have self-contained filter systems and pumps so that the machines operate independently of the pool filtration system. The internal computer program directs the machine to clean any flat-bottomed, above-ground pool thoroughly without any assistance needed from the user. Each cleaner includes a 40-foot floating cord, and both filter down to 2 microns, removing leaves and sticks as well as bacteria.
-
Benefits
-
Automatic cleaners such as the Pool Rover or Pool Rover Junior augment the pool's filtration system by providing extra movement of the water. They also help disperse warmer water and pool chemicals throughout the pool. Because they have their own filtration systems, using these products lengthens the life of the pool filtration system.
