Road Safety
-
A study of road safety revealed that most accidents are caused by human error, and the AAA aims to educate drivers the best way possible. But not all mistakes can be averted, so the foundation researches specific areas of road where accidents are more common. After imperative research is completed, the AAA reveals its studies in an attempt to redesign the dangerous areas.
Teen Driver Safety
-
The AAA teen driver safety program aims to help new drivers pick up good habits with education and what it calls Driver-Zed. The Driver-Zed (zero errors driving) interactive video tests drivers on a PC with a full motion simulator and enables users to gain a perfect zero driving score.

Senior Safety and Mobility
-
As drivers age, the chance of human error raises and the AAA research into senior safety helps to lower the statistics. The foundation identifies senior citizens who cannot drive safely and suggests the implementation of alternative mobility solutions.
