The 2010 Ram Quad Cab two-wheel-drive model has an original equipment manufacturer tire size of 265/70-17. The first three-digit number represents the section width, the two-digit number before the dash is the sidewall aspect ratio and the final number is the height of the tire.

Dodge Quad Cab 4WD

The four-wheel-drive 2010 Ram Quad Cab offers two original equipment manufacturer tire sizes: 265/70-17 or 275/60-20. The sizes for your truck can be confirmed by the numbers printed on tire sidewalls.

Considerations

Optional tire sizes available for the two-wheel-drive Quad Cab are 18, 20, 22 and 24 inches. For the four-wheel-drive model, 18-, 22- and 24-inch tires can be chosen. Both models allow for custom tire sizes, too, according to TireRack.
