You can use Crystal Reports to design business reports. End users can create simple reports, but complex reports may need a trained Crystal Reports developer. Crystal Reports is part of Business Objects, which SAP acquired in October 2007.

As of November 2010, SAP offers 70 courses on Crystal Reports. Some of them are in a classroom but most of them are e-learning.

Many third-party vendors offer Crystal Reports training. Some of the vendors are SAP Certified Training Centers, which may be preferable if you are seeking a certification as a Crystal Reports developer. Vendors offer on-site, classroom and e-learning solutions.

Besides video-based training provided by some of the third-party vendors, you can also find Crystal Reports training videos on YouTube.
Books

A November 2010 search of Amazon and Barnes & Noble, two of the largest online booksellers, lists more than 50 books you can use to learn Crystal Reports. You may also be able to locate a book or two at your local bookseller or public library.
