According to Oklahoma State University College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology, thousands of people are killed on an annual basis and billions of dollars of property damage occurs each year because of fires. OSU offers Fire Protection and Safety Engineering Technology to provide qualified personnel who are able to help reduce these losses.

  1. Course Work

    • Fire Protection and Safety Engineering offers courses in math and physical science. Calculus, chemistry and courses that offer practical application of physical science are offered throughout the program. Core classes include Fire Suppression and Devices, Engineering Design Graphics and Fire Suppression and Detection Systems.
