    • Insurance companies use ISO form CG 20 10 to add an endorsement to a policy. The form extends insurance coverage to clients and contractors who work for the company named on the insurance policy. ISO last updated the form in 2004.

    Application

    • Coverage extended under ISO form CG 20 10 protects both the company and clients from any liable activities such as injury or financial loss that might arise while the client works for the company. The form specifies that the policy will cover problems that arise from any act or omission by the company.

    Exceptions

    • ISO form CG 20 10 does not offer coverage for an injuries or accidents that occur after the termination of the contract between the company and the client. Also, it will not cover damages due to the client or contractor's negligence. As a general rule, this form does not apply to insurance on a lease or political work.
