    • As entry level EKG technicians have limited experience, which has a large effect on the salary paid, they can expect to receive less than the average high salary of $74,76. The average low salary for an EKG technician with limited experience is $32,800.

    Median

    • BLS reports the average salary paid to EKG Technicians in the U.S. in May 2008 was $47,010. The majority of EKG technicians, some 50 percent, earn between $32, 800 and $61,580 annually.
