Railroad Construction Training
Railroad construction mistakes can be devastating. Comprehensive training is an important factor when developing employees in any railroad construction company. Proper training reduces risk to employees, customers and passengers.

Purpose
-
Technology used by the railroad industry has changed dramatically in recent years. In addition to increasing the safety of employees and consumers, trained workers can recognize problems and prevent derailments, according to Track Guy Consultants. This safeguards expensive rail equipment. New technology used in construction, maintenance and operations of rail systems has evolved, changing the way the industry works. Employees should be aware of these advancements for both safety and cost-efficiency.
NRC
-
The NRC was organized to serve the rail construction industry. The National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association Inc. (NRC) was organized specifically to serve the rail transit construction industry. The NRC encourages railroad construction training and education, and NRC's members can receive roadway worker protection (RWP) training at no charge.
