Working out is a great stress reliever. It releases feel-good endorphins and positively enhances your overall physical appearance. There are certain areas of the body that women should target more than others for a full-body workout.

  1. Butt

    • Back leg lifts are an easy way to tone the backside. Do 25 leg lifts by lifting each leg backward off the ground. Push hands against the wall or a flat surface while doing the lifts to keep balanced.

    Thighs

    • Full-body squats are helpful in toning up the thighs. Do 25 full-body squats to tone hips, butt and thighs. Keep arms raised straight up in the air while doing squats for added balance.

    Stomach

    • Push-ups are beneficial for strengthening the core stomach muscles. Start with 15 push-ups with hands flat on the ground and arms at a 90-degree angle. Keep back and legs straight.
