Mazda's 2.2-liter four-cylinder diesel engine is scheduled to enter the U.S. market in 2013, code-named the "Sky-D." This engine meets federal pollution restriction requirements and will provide optimum fuel economy and performance when it appears in the 2013 Mazda CX-5.
