After installating an ozonator you can check it's working by looking for two things. First, there should be a blue brilliance emanating from the ozonator's manifold body. Then once the spa is turned on, look at the jet action and look for tiny bubbles that are filled with ozone from the ozonator. If there are no tiny bubbles from any of the jets, the ozonator is not working properly, states Spa Care.

Make sure that the voltage for the individual ozonator is correct, since different models require varying voltage levels and incorrect voltage can damage an ozonator or make it malfunction.
