Torque Specs for a 2000 Dodge Neon

The Neon was introduced in 1995 and sold under both the Dodge and the Plymouth brands. The Plymouth model was discontinued in 2000, but the Dodge continued until 2005. The 2000 Dodge version was sold in two sedan models, so torque specifications do not vary.
