Ask anyone in Southern Maine about biker bars and camping, and they'll tell you about Bentley's on Route 1 in Arundel. This isn't a "rough crowd" motorcycle club type of place, though everyone is welcome; it's more of a place for riding clubs or anyone who is a fan of motorcycles. The campgrounds are clean and affordable, and there's a pig roast every Saturday. Bentley's is closed for the off-season (November through March).

Owned by Jenny "Warden" Gagne and her husband Neal, Warden's Bar & Grill -- "Where we like to play rough" (wearing club colors is okay) -- is located across from Hannaford on Sabattus Street in Lewiston. The Solon Hotel and Bar is biker owned and operated. Not only biker friendly, this spot was written up in Esquire by a nonbiker who suggested visitors should take care not to offend other patrons.
