Bistro MD costs begin with the 5-day plan and increase as you add days and snacks to the basic plan. The Bistro MD plan delivers meals that feature lean protein and complex carbohydrates like whole grains. In addition, the meals focus on portion control and keeping the calorie count low. The meal plans contain about 1,200 calories per day, and there are 100 different menu items from which to choose. The diet is also approved for type 2 diabetics with its low glycemic index.

Cederquist is a board certified bariatrics specialist (a medical weight managment specialist) who created the Bistro MD dietary plan using nutritionists and chefs. Dr. Cederquist developed the meal delivery service to combine weight management and nutrition for the busy lifestyle.
