Medela Nursing Bra Sizes

Medela nursing bras come in sizes small through extra large, not in band and cup sizes. Since every company has different guidelines for what band and cups sizes they use for their sizing, you'll need to check before you buy.

Small

Medela's size small nursing bra covers eight different bra sizes. If you are a 30 A through 30 C, 32 A through 32 C, 34 A or 34 B, you will want to order a size small.

Medium

For women who are a size 30 D through 30 F, 32 D through 32 F, 34 C through 34 DD, 36 A through 36 D or 38 A, Medela sizing recommends you purchase a medium.

Large

Size large Medela nursing bras cover 19 different sizes: 30 G through 30 J, 32 G through 32 J, 34 F through 34 H, 36 DD, 36 F, 38 B through 38 DD, 40 A and 40 B.

Extra Large

Women who are a size 34 I, 34 J, 36 G through 36 I, 38 F through 38 H, 40 C through 40 F or 42A through 42 DD should choose an extra large in Medela nursing bras.
