My Delta Kitchen Faucet Spout Leaks
Delta offers a kitchen pull-out faucet, a single-handle faucet and a two-handle faucet. A leak from the faucet spout is possible with any of these three faucet types, but repairing the same leak in the different faucet types requires different parts. Does this Spark an idea?

Different Leak Sources
-
The leak may originate from one of two parts of the faucet spout. The leak may come from the base of the spout, or may come from the aerator on the tip of the spout.
Spout Base Leak Repair
-
If the leak is coming from the base of the spout, replace the specific O-rings used in single-handle and two-handle faucets. If this type of leak is found in a pull-out faucet, the connection between the hose and the spray wand should be checked. Also, check the hose for any damage.

Aerator Leak Repair
-
The seats and springs need to be replaced if water leaks from the aerator. If the leak persists, replace the ball assembly in the kitchen pull-out and single-handle faucets, or the stem unit assembly in two-handle kitchen faucets.
