Content Management Training

Content management systems allow non-designers to maintain and update websites.

Content management refers to a website design feature that makes it easy for people who are not website designers to make changes to web content. Content management training refers to training individuals, employers and/or any authorized users on how to use the content management system to create, update and maintain websites.

Features

Microsoft SharePoint training involves teaching students how to use the web content management features. They learn the fundamentals, such as how to use style, themes and master pages, how to create a publishing site definition, and how to create and deploy layouts and manage content.

Significance

Since information and business activities change daily, websites must be updated daily. For this reason, content management systems and software are essential because employees can update websites without having to employ the services of a programmer.
