The ability to use a work-order package that utilizes data already entered into QuickBooks eliminates the need to re-enter all the information to create a work order. Work Order Express uses the existing QuickBooks estimates and creates PDF files that can be sent via email. The color-coded scheduling bars make it easy to see the progress of each job and tell which jobs are close to being overdue.

Work Order Express - Exporting Back to QuickBooks

After the work order has been fulfilled, the completed work order can be exported from Work Order Express back into QuickBooks, which then creates an invoice without having to re-enter information into the accounting software. You also have the option of exporting the work order into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. You can even export batch work orders and create multiple invoices in QuickBooks with just a click of the mouse.
