Work Order Express uses the existing QuickBooks estimates and creates PDF files that can be sent via email. Work Order Express - Exporting Back to QuickBooks

After the work order has been fulfilled, the completed work order can be exported from Work Order Express back into QuickBooks, which then creates an invoice without having to re-enter information into the accounting software. You also have the option of exporting the work order into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. You can even export batch work orders and create multiple invoices in QuickBooks with just a click of the mouse.
