Malaika Arora Khan of Mumbai, India is a former video jockey on MTV India, a model and a Bollywood actress. Now married to Bollywood actor Arbaaz Khan and mother of one, fans marvel at Khan's ability to remain healthy and fit.

  1. Diet Philosophy

    • According to an interview with India Times, Khan is actually opposed to the concept of dieting. The actress explains, "I'm not rigid, but I'm very particular that I eat right." She claims to eat three meals per day and burn off excess calories through exercise.

    • While not a traditional dieter, Khan claims to avoid red meat, fried foods and oily foods. Khan also steers clear of snacking, believing it can ruin a healthy body. The actress maintains that she has no vices, including smoking or drinking.

    Fitness

    • Khan asserts, "Fitness is an integral part of my life and it's not limited to working out." To stay in shape despite being a mother, Khan combines her love of dancing with workouts guided by a personal trainer at least three times per week for 90 minutes a session. Her workouts often include kickboxing, aerobics and hip-hop dance.
