The 1969 Camaro was part of the first generation of Chevy's American muscle cars. The Camaro is one of the longest selling sports cars of its generation. After over three decades of production, it stopped until a redesign in 2009. The 1969 Camaro was available in three models, each with its own selection of engines.

  1. Base Engine

    • All 1969 Chevy Camaro engines are aluminum. The base engine was a 6-cylinder 140 horsepower model. This came as the factory option with the basic Camaro package.
