An employee acknowledges his understanding of the agreement by signing it. The agreement contains a list of rules regarding how company property needs to be handled. When the employee signs the agreement, he agrees to abide by the rules and regulations stated in it. This agreement also stipulates that, if an employee ceases working at the company, he will agree to return all company property within a specified period.
