Good supervisors are willing to train and develop employees.

Good supervisors often make or break an organization. Without skilled supervisors, teams don't function efficiently, employee morale suffers and productivity sinks. Yet many people often find themselves thrust into supervisory positions before developing the skills and know-how that will help them succeed.
