    Challenges

    • Training can be extensive and varies from company to company. In general, those chosen for training already have extensive experience in automotive sales, so it should be a smooth transition. The prospective candidate might start with a promotion to assistant sales manager until he is considered fully trained and ready to take on the responsibilities involved with full management.
