Aluminum recycles easily, which is why aluminum companies want to pay you to collect it. It's cheaper for them to reprocess it than to make it from scratch. Prices per pound fluctuate, but there is somewhere nearby that buys it.

Crush and Cram

Collect and contain your aluminum. If it's cans, crush them down as much as possible. Large hard-plastic trash containers are good for the small stuff, and they stack and strap well. If you are selling it, then you need to get it packaged for transportation.

Truck or Trailer

You'll need a truck or a trailer to be a serious "scrapper." Metal recyclers typically weigh the seller in and out on truck scales.
