To obtain a marriage license in Clark County, you must provide proof of your name and age. The proof document must be original and contain your photo. A Mexican passport qualifies as a proof document. The Clark County Clerk recommends that you check with Mexican officials to be sure your marriage will be recognized as lawful in Mexico and what type of documentation they will require.

A marriage license costs $60 (as of September, 2010), payable in cash, cashier's check, credit/debit card or money order.

No blood test is required and there is no waiting period for your license. You will be issued a license and become eligible to be married immediately.
