Malva verticellata is a type of plant, most often found in parts of Asia and Britain. It's sometimes used for medicinal purposes, but is also used in a type of tea for dieters. Drinking the tea as part of your exercise and diet plan purportedly may help you lose weight.
Malva Verticellata Tea
To make your own Malva verticellata tea, steep a handful of the plant leaves in warm water. Drink one cup of tea every day, drinking the tea at the same time each day, to help your body establish a routine.
Malva Verticellata is a diuretic and may make you use the bathroom more frequently or experience stomach cramps and pains. The pains should subside once your body adjusts to the tea.
If you can't find Malva verticellata, look for diet teas and green teas for dieters. The Malva verticellata is also known as Chinese mallow, which is a component in some weight-loss teas.
