Fisherman's Wharf

Fisherman's Wharf is home to a variety of seafood options from outdoor stands to gourmet dining. Hundreds of sea lions, one of the Wharf's most popular attractions, gather on the docks beside Pier 39.

Chinatown

San Francisco's Chinatown is the largest and oldest Chinatown outside of Asia. Wander the area on your own or take a walking tour to see the Asian architecture, restaurants and shops that line the colorful alleys and side streets.

Alcatraz Island

Alcatraz Island is popular with tourists in the summer.

Home to the infamous Alcatraz Prison, Alcatraz Island is a national park that also offers visitors an opportunity to see the first U.S. built fort on the West Coast, a museum and Alcatraz Historic Gardens. Advance ticket purchase is recommended as Alcatraz tickets frequently sell out during summer and near holidays.
