Travel trailers can be recalled for a number of reasons.

Holiday Rambler travel trailers are a popular option for those wishing to see the country without having to spend a lot of money on hotel stays and airline tickets. However, travel trailers and campers can be recalled for any number of technical issues.

  1. Electrical Equipment

    • Holiday Ramblers made in 2007 were recalled because a grounding wire was improperly installed. Other electrical system problems include a 2000 model recall for an illuminated check engine light when there was no engine problem.

    Tires

    • Holiday Ramblers from 2009 where recalled for improperly labeled tire pressure. A 2007 Rambler was also recalled because the slide can potentially rub against the tires and pop one or more of them.

    Toilets

    • A source of complaint from most Rambler owners is the odor produced by the toilet. The Holiday Rambler company suggests using deodorizing chemicals and routine maintenance to combat and prevent odors.
