A jib crane is also referred to as a wall crane. This is a crane that has a jib, with or without a trolley. It is supported by a side wall, or line of building columns. It is a traveling crane and works with a runway attached to the support structure.
Wind Indicators and Rail Clamps

OSHA requires that outdoor storage bridges be provided with automatic rail clamps. In addition, a wind indicator must be provided. This indicator will alert the operator at a pre-determined velocity.
