Some managers in this field graduate with a bachelor's degree in hospitality and tourism management. Classes and requirements vary depending on the school that you attend. The hospitality and tourism degree at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, for example, includes courses in policy and planning, food production, convention planning and accounting.
