Selling real estate in the Philippines is a lucrative career if you know how to find the right market to tap into. Over the years, Filipinos working abroad have been the top buyers of condominiums and houses and lots. If you have good social skills and the right dedication to sales, you can become a successful real estate agent.

Contact real estate brokerage companies to see what agent packages are offered. You can also refer to numerous online listings of brokers and real estate companies for contact details.

Attend seminars and trainings that will help get you started in the business. It is also a good way to begin networking for future contacts.

Acquire certification from your brokerage company as an endorsement of your skills and services. You will need this to get your license. Also, be sure to have your broker affix his or her signature to the license.

Apply for a real estate license at the Department of Trade and Industry. You will need this license, before you can start advertising your services and selling properties.

Register with the Housing Land Use Regulatory Board for proper certification, which will enable you to sell low-cost housing properties and condominium projects.

Join a real estate marketing company to help with advertising.
