Information on Micro Silverlight
Microsoft Silverlight is a web browser plugin that works across multiple platforms. The program itself works with image and video files and allows the user to manipulate the video and images to their liking using different features.

Silverlight is currently compatible with most major browsers on both PC and Mac formats. These include Internet Explorer 6-8, Google's Chrome browser, Safari 2 and 3 and Mozilla Firefox 2 and 3.
System Requirements

On Windows operating systems, users will need either Windows 7, Vista or XP service Pack 2 as well as 128MB of available Ram and a processor running Pentium III or higher. Mac operating systems will need OS X 10.4.8 or higher, 128MB of RAM available and an Intel core processor running at 1.83 GHZ or faster.

Cost

Microsoft Silverlight is free to all users who are able to install it onto their operating systems. The only cost that could be assigned to the Silverlight is if the user had to upgrade their systems to be capable of running the plugin.
