Tops

A good fashion rule of thumb is to choose one area of skin to show off. If your short skirt shows a good amount of leg, it is best to keep your top more covered up. This keeps the focus on your legs and balances the proportions of the outfit. Layers, for example a crisp blazer worn over a nubby sweater or a sweater layered over a button-down shirt, work especially well.

Tights or Leggings
