Gather votive candle holders with a frosted appearance and choose a stamp design. If your party guest list is relatively small, personalize each candle holder with the party guests' initials. For a large guest list, use a neutral stamp for all the candles, such as a heart, leaves or flowers. Dip your stamp in white paint and gently roll it back and forth on the surface of the candle holder. Allow one to two days drying time.

Candy Heart Candles

The website recommends using a hot glue gun and craft sealer to attach candy hearts around the bases of the candle holders.
