Homemade Tinkerbell Party Decorations

A Tinkerbell-themed birthday party invites girls into a fairy environment with the familiar character from "Peter Pan." Decorate for the party with the colors and scenes associated with Tinkerbell.

Neverland

Tinkerbell's home is in a world called Neverland, so watch "Peter Pan" for inspiration and decorate the party area to look like some of the settings in Neverland, such as the mermaid lagoon, Captain Hook's ship, the Indian camp and the crocodile creek. Invite guests into the party with a large banner that says, "Welcome to Neverland."

Table Decorations

Set the table with a purple tablecloth to match the color often seen behind Tinkerbell. Create a centerpiece of pink flowers or use a pink glittery fabric as a table runner. Decorate with green and yellow sequins to match the color of Tinkerbell's dress.

Ceiling Decorations

Because Tinkerbell and the children are in Neverland at night, decorate the ceiling of the party area to look like it is nighttime. If the lighting in the room is dim, tape glow-in-the-dark stars to the ceiling to create the night sky. A room with brighter lighting can have yellow paper stars hanging from fishing line against a background of navy blue streamers.
