Packages and Discounts

Call the hotel directly to inquire about packages and discounts, as many offer discounted rates to AAA or AARP members. Some hotels include continental breakfast.

Condos vs. Hotels

When traveling in a group of four or more, a condo may be more affordable than a hotel. Condos are plentiful on Maui, giving the traveler many choices. Condos will have kitchens where you can cook meals in or stock snacks and drinks, saving considerable money. There is a wide range of condos on Maui, from modest places with dated furnishings and no air conditioning to luxurious units with stylish décor.

Location, Location, Location

Find accomodations in Honokowai, Keehana or Napili, which are just North of the more expensive and bustling Kaanapali Beach. Another option is Kihei, a condominium are where you will pay less than at the beachfront properties because you will need to cross the street to get to the ocean.

Off Season

Spring and Fall are the slowest seasons in Maui. Rates are lower and the weather is still beautiful.
