What Is Black Halo?
Founded in Los Angeles by designer Laurel Berman, Black Halo is a line of high-end women's "designer dresses, rompers, skirts, pants and tops" says Pratik Joshi, staff writer for the Tri-City Herold. Black Halo's fashions, including signature dress "Jackie O," have been donned by many Hollywood celebrities.
