Choose a design that everyone likes. This can be a single bowling ball or a few bowling pins on the back and the teammate's name on the front. You can choose numbers and different colors for the designs as well. Further customize the shirts by having nicknames embroidered, or allow everyone to customize their own.

Find a shop that customizes bowling shirts. Many places that print t-shirts or make letterman jackets will do this. Sometimes even a tailor can do embroidery. You may even order them online.
